1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Woosha mobile application ("App"), operated by Epic Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Woosha, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Wellness App — Not Medical Advice

• Woosha is designed to support general mental wellness, stress management, and relaxation
• The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition or disorder
• Using Woosha does not create a therapist-patient, doctor-patient, or any clinical relationship
• Content in the App is educational and informational in nature only
• Always consult a licensed mental health professional for clinical concerns
• If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately

The Company, its founders, and clinical advisors are not acting in a clinical capacity through this App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Woosha. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Woosha offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective terms.

• Free trial: Where offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies
• Price changes: We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect

Beta access is provided free of charge and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Share your account access with others
• Use the App in any way that could harm other users or third parties
• Reproduce or redistribute any App content without our written permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, features, and functionality of the Woosha App — including but not limited to text, graphics, characters, audio, and code — are owned by Epic Media LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Woosha™ is a registered trademark of Epic Media LLC (Serial #99655348). You may not use our name, logo, or trademark without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.

We make no representations regarding the effectiveness of any wellness technique or content in the App for any particular individual. Results vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPIC MEDIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Alabama.
